Bought my Jeep from them in 2018. They have always done good work and do what’s right. 1 time during maintenance one of my fenders got some type of stain. They ordered and replaced that fender with no charge as they should have. They took care of my radio when it had issues as well. Over the last year I have had an issue with an airbag light. They helped me fix this issue as well. Travis does amazing work in the service dept. Adrian was my service writer and made everything go smoothly. I can’t remember the service managers name but she was a big help and very kind. I have always done my services here and will continue for all the years to come.

They are great! I was struggling for smog check on my challenger shaker. I took it to modesto ca dealership first to get it done but they were trying change whole air filter box for it. But i called fresno dealership and they helped me and got my smog done in 30 minutes thank you Jorge Fernandez was really helpful

My experience was longer than I anticipated and had to leave my car for almost a month waiting for parts and insurance approvals. Craig was excellent always keeping me informed of the progress and sending pictures of what was needing to be fixed. Great job!

Really excellent customer service. I walked in and was greeted by everyone i felt so welcomed and knew i was in good hands. My service advisor was Adrian he was amazing. I had a time spam and needed to run some errands and he got me in a vehicle while mine was getting serviced. He explained everything and asked serval times if i had any questions. His 5 star service doesn’t go unseen. Thank you Adrain for making my trip to JEEP fast smooth and convenient. I will be returning for all my JEEP needs. Thank you !!

Quickest oil and oil filter change I ever had. Service gal who made appointment was really courteous and actually spent more time on me because the dealership no longer is contracted with the auto manufacturer of my car for warranty work. The dealership where I bought the car in Southern California recommended I still set the appointment up here in Fresno. So the service gal had to make sure they still had the required oil filter etc for me. So I appreciate the extra time spent on making sure my warranty work was factory approved. Too bad they don’t renew the contract with the manufacturer for warranty work and repairs to my vehicle. I like this dealership a lot. Everyone was courteous and the oil change plus tire pressures. Rotation of tires etc was performed really quickly. I appreciate that. My car was ready within 2 hours, which normally just draining the oil and putting new oil in takes 2 hours. So, I’m a happy customer.
