5 Hotels Where Relatives Can Stay in Fresno

Argh! Your relatives are visiting again. Weren’t they just here? If only there was somewhere else they could stay that was both good and affordable…Just your luck, we already put together a list of five hotels where relatives can stay in Fresno.

Comfort Suites

The first on our list is Comfort Suites in RiverPark, Fresno. With rates between $105 and $180 and a 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor, it’s no wonder this hotel made it onto our list. Your stay includes breakfast, and the hotel has a pool and gym to keep you fit and occupied. Rated #5 best business hotel and #11 best family hotel, you’re sure to suit your relatives’ needs. The hotel is in a great location close to the freeway, and there is a Costco right behind the hotel. Numerous good places to eat are within walking distance.

Best Western Plus Fresno Inn

The second on our list is the Best Western Plus Fresno Inn. It also has a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor, with 90 percent of the reviews being positive. The hotel offers wheelchair access (for those older relatives) and free Wi-Fi, and of course breakfast is included (Their waffles are a customer favorite). It’s located close to shops and restaurants to keep everyone entertained. The rates average between $100 and $200, making it very affordable, too.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Fresno Convention Center

The DoubleTree is a little more pricey than the others on our list ($140-$240), but with a 4.5-star rating and fantastic amenities, the price is definitely worth it. The downtown Fresno hotel is located adjacent to the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center, close to the highway, airport (to help you get your relatives in and out quickly), and shopping centers. It has just completed a multi-million dollar renovation and has joined the Hilton family of hotels. The hotel also boasts a unique atrium restaurant, a Pizza Hut outlet, and a brand new Java Stop for coffee lovers.

La Quinta Inn

Next up is the La Quinta Inn. One of the best-valued hotels in Fresno, we had to add the La Quinta Inn to our list. Rooms go for between $80 and $115 a night. The hotel includes breakfast in the price, and there is a pool and fitness center too. Many reviewers praise the hotel’s cleanliness and good service.

Hampton Inn & Suites

Finally, the Hampton Inn & Suites. With a majority rating of excellent (4.5 stars), this is a great choice for your relatives’ stay. Cost of a room per night is between $115 and $190 and is well worth it. The hotel boasts free breakfast, meeting rooms, and a business center. If that isn’t enough for you, the hotel has an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool as well as 32-inch flat screen TVs. From Monday to Thursday, The Hampton Inn & Suites also offers an evening reception with free beer, wine, and appetizers. Situated in a fantastic location, your stay is close to three restaurants (Chili’s, IHOP, Sweet Tomato)
